New Year team meeting

As the first working day of the new year, we started with enthusiasim and passion for the upcomming 12 months. It was a start for planning for the upcoming year. We focused on conversations, brainstorming, critical thinking, and team building. We discussed what went well in the last year, what could do better in the new year and, more importantly, how to take these steps. We also carved out some time to motivate our team members and connect them to one another via team-building activities. A training session was presented about Customer Behaviour Analyisis to understand the needs of our clients.
